12Account Suspension & Closure

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, genuine funds held in the account (excluding bonus balances under active wagering requirements) will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that there was no breach, the account will be reinstated and funds made available. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the severity of the breach.
